As promised, Piggly Wiggly. Not as dramatic as the huge 3 dimensional head we saw last year, but still makes me smile.

Day at the Beach

We spent a day at Gulf Shores Beach. It's 5 miles from Anchors Aweigh RV Park.  So beautiful and not at all crowded this time of year.  We had a great shrimp lunch and then went to a state park.  It has a very long pier.  We walked out to the end to watch lots of people fishing for Spanish Mackerel.  Super day.

Wayne and I have really enjoyed our time here in Alabama.  It is so beautiful and the people are really friendly.  Might be someplace to come back to in the future.
