Day Two - Rapid River, Michigan

We had a great travel day.  No traffic, rain or lines at the border.

The customs agent asked us lots of questions but we didn't have to go to the next level of inspection.  The lanes going through the border were well laid out - no tight corners.  Yeah! No damage to RV.  All in all, very uneventful.

Today we weren't travelling on interstate highways.  I wasn't sure what to expect.  As you can see, straight road and no traffic.  Seems to be very few people in this area of Michigan.

First view of Lake Michigan

We haven't seen much of Lake Michigan as trees block most of the water views.  We have noticed that there seem to be lots of lighthouses.  Very pretty.

Wayne wanted me to show you his $9.99 dinner.  Two huge pork chops, hash browns, apple sauce, coleslaw and a dish of ice cream.  Guess what he's having for supper again.  Leftovers. lol
